Food So Amazing It Needs It’s Own Blog Post!

Our hotel in Erfoud was pretty amazing. It was designed to look just like an old kasbah and was out on the edge of the Sahara in the middle of nowhere. 

We received a warm welcome when we arrived. 

Our rooms looked amazing, but suffered from a severe lack of light. Someone called it mood lighting. As we were struggling to see well enough to put on our makeup in the morning, it went from mood lighting to bad-mood lighting. 

The pool was beautiful at night. 

But the real story here is the buffet. What this place lacked in lighting, it more than made up for in the food. You have never seen anything like it. Get ready to have your tastebuds tantalized.

You have never, ever seen anything like it. And the food tasted as good as it looked. It was light years away from the food in India, thank goodness!! We stayed there for two nights and had many different hot dishes on the second night. Amazing.
